Returns Policy

The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).

Conditions of Return

In any case, the return or replacement is possible under the following conditions :
  • The product has not been used.
  • The packaging of the product must be in excellent condition, complete and without damage.
  • The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction.

The right of return does not apply:

  • For products that are customized based on demand, such as ropes, chains and any other item cut to measure per order.

Return Procedure

The return of the product can be made in person or by courier/shipping, after prior notification by phone or in writing.

For returns via remote shipments, the parcel must include the proof of purchase. For in-person returns the customer must bring and show the purchase document accordingly.

Return transport costs

In all cases in which with our proven fault, sold incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged in transit, with poor packaging, etc.), the return of products is made after notification, within 14 days, with the cooperating shipping company – courier and the shipping charged to us.
In the event that the return involves withdrawal without our fault, as mentioned above, the return of the product is at the risk of the customer and the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
