This product can be used on hard to bond plastics.
LOCTITE 406 has an extremely low viscosity. Full adhesive strength develops in a very short time. However, curing continues for at least 24 hours before full chemical resistance is developed. The width of the bond line gap and the humidity of the environment both affect the speed of curing.
