Low viscosity instant adhesive, designed primarily for metal welding. Also welds plastics, rubber and polyolefins. Welding time 10 – 30 seconds.
LOCTITE® 496 is a clear, colorless, low viscosity, general purpose, methyl-based instant adhesive that is particularly suitable for metal bonding. Other materials to be bonded include plastics and rubbers, as well as polyolefins (in combination with LOCTITE® SF 770 or LOCTITE® SF 7239 primer). Offers a 10 – 30 second fixation time.
