AWLGRIP D8003 Awlquick is a two-component, fast-drying, and easy-to-sand epoxy primer, specifically designed for use above the waterline. It provides excellent adhesion and surface preparation for topcoats. The primer requires mixing with D9001 hardener to ensure optimal performance and durability.

Recommended Wet Film Thickness: 5 mils (125 microns)
Spray: Can be recoated with itself after 4 hours.
Brush or Roller:
Can be recoated with itself after 12-14 hours.
With other products: Recoatable after 12-14 hours.
Maximum without sanding: 24 hours.
Can be overcoated with Awlgrip/Awlcraft 2000 Topcoats and 545 Epoxy Primer.
Note: Sealing Awlquick with 545 Primer before applying an Awlgrip/Awlcraft 2000 topcoat will maximize the gloss and D.O.I. (Distinctness of Image) of the final finish.
